I love to capture small scenes of quiet beauty in my work. Cakes are a fun subject for me as they are inherently little and visually distillable but can be dressed in foliage, iced in fun colours and decorated with playful sprinkles.

These works have been drawn with loose, sometimes wobbly lines, soft edges and inconsistent textures to reflect the irregularity I admire in plants and handmade foods.
