SHIPPING & RETURNS

Receiving the notification that someone has made a purchase on my website is such a thrill! 

I really appreciate the support for my work.


All shop orders are shipped with Australia Post.
Therefore shipping times are subject to their speeds/delays.
CURRENTLY SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY.


My shop is currently closed for the remainder of 2023. It will re-open on Jan 4th 2024.
Any orders made before then will be posted after Jan 4th. Thank you!

ORDER PROCESSING

I do my best to process all orders within 1-3 business days, unless I've stated that the product is available for pre-order only and will ship on a designated date. Items available for pre-order will always state the estimated shipping date in the product listing.

PACKAGING

I have two aims when packing up your orders:

  • To minimise waste 

  • To make opening it a joy! Be that because it’s personalised for you, looks lovely, contains fun surprises or all of the above. 

In regards to minimising waste I go about this by using recycled or recyclable materials wherever possible. I try to limit the use of plastic including tape, though sometimes it is unavoidable. If possible, I encourage you to reuse or recycle the packaging materials once your order has arrived safely at your door.

GIFT WRAPPING


I love gift wrapping! If your purchase is a gift and you’d like it wrapped please tick the appropriate box at checkout and I will happily wrap it up for you. I use coloured tissue paper, washi tape/stickers and sometimes string. Please encourage the recipient to reuse the wrappings where possible.
I can also add a personalised note! Drop me a line on my contact page with your order number and the message you want and I’ll add it in!


TAX INVOICE

To avoid paper waste I generally do not include a printed invoice. If it is important you have one please say so in the notes space (Additional information section) at check out.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Refunds and exchanges will be made on a case by case basis. All Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If for some reason your order arrives damaged from transit please take a photo of the issues and follow the instructions below.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me with your order number within 7 days of receiving your order and we can talk it over to find a solution.

Note: The above information applies to purchases made on this site via the online store and does not necessarily apply to custom art orders made via email.

Returns policy

I am just one gal lovingly designing and selling products.
For that reason all Shipping charges are non-refundable and there are no refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.
If for some reason your order did not arrive as promised, please contact me with a description of the issue and your order number within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange an exchange or refund.

Whilst the greatest care has been taken to present photographs that are true to the products depicted, please be aware that colours may vary slightly when viewed on different monitors.


CUSTOM ART


For custom art all shipping details will be arranged via email and considered an additional cost on top of artwork creation costs. Tax invoices will be sent via email. Gift wrapping and personalised messages are also available.
